All families living in Davidson County are assigned to a school based on where they live. This is the school you are automatically enrolled in when you register.
 
But in looking at options outside of your zoned school, location may still be a consideration. Here's why:

• For you to be an actively involved parent, it's helpful to be near the school.
• Your child enjoys being around other neighborhood children.
• You prefer the convenience of walking to school or school bus transportation.
• You prefer your child to attend school near your work.
